Demonstrate general Hospitality Management knowledge, through an individual written test. Demonstrate Hospitality Management knowledge, by playing a business simulator. Make a team presentation regarding the strategy, decision taken, results (prevue and obtained) and other subjects concerning the simulator rounds.
