All AEHT participants applied by 10 July 2019. have to choose a Proform invoice from our web page, by means of which your payment should be made until 17 July 2019.
Otherwise, the applications will be transferred to a late bird as well as their hotel packages will be charged at higher rates.

Payments that have not been made by October 31 will lead automatically to an exclusion from the conference.
